Vintage Handmade Seashell & Pelican Beach Figurine, Known Florida Artist! Ocean

From right here in sunny Florida, this wonderful true vintage and truly handmade piece was created by the late Chuck Caldwell, who traveled the state frequently in his retirement years, gathering pretty pieces from the beach and making cool statuary and figurines! This one consists of ceramic (the pelican), shells, sand (he made the base out of a handmade sand cement!), net, rope, driftwood, regular wood, and gray paint.
7" wide, 5" high and also 5" deep, VERY HEAVY due to base being like cement.
