Recommended dose Adults (18 years and older) Administer 1 ampoule 1 to 3 times a week. In case of acute condition - initially 1 ampoule per day 3 days in a row. For children and adolescents Adolescents 12–17 years of age Administer 1 ampoule 1 to 3 times a week. In case of acute condition - initially 1 ampoule per day 3 days in a row. Children 6-11 years Inject two-thirds of the ampoule (1.5 ml) 1 to 3 times a week. In case of acute condition - at the beginning two-thirds ampoule (1.5 ml) once daily for 3 consecutive days. Children 2-5 years Administer half an ampoule (1.1 ml) 1 to 3 times a week. In the case of an acute condition - initially half an ampoule (1.1 ml) once a day for 3 consecutive days. Traumeel S is not recommended for use in children below 2 years of age due to insufficient documented experience. Method of administration Traumeel S can be administered intravenously, intramuscularly, subcutaneously, into the skin, or around a joint. Do not give intravenously to children under 12 years of age. The ampoule with the remaining solution should be discarded. Instructions for opening the glass ampoule When you open the glass ampoule, you do not need to cut it. Keep the ampoule tilted, head up. Tap or shake the ampoule head to allow the solution to run down. Break the ampoule head at the colored dot.
