Soundstream Reference 644S Car Amplifier 4 Channel Amp - Made In USA Powerhouse.
Up for grabs is a Soundstream Reference 644S.This is a 4 channel amp rated at 640 watts rms.
It has a scuff and a few minor blemishes but in overall great shape and operationally perfect.
I spent a shit ton of money on car stereo equipment in the 90’s and this is leftover from then, just been sitting collecting dust. It was sent back during the warranty period And I was told they put an updated Power supply in it.
It works flawlessly and works best on the most expensive component speakers out there.
Made in USA amps that produce this type of sound quality are getting harder and harder to find.
I thought I was eventually going to use it again but never did, old ears dont need this much juice.
This amp is an American built tank and is stable down to a sick 1/2 ohm stereo and 1 ohm bridged.Puts out 320 watts rms x 2 bridged.Also has many controls built in so you can fine tune your system. I just bench tested and its in perfect working condition.
