No-Go Zones and Invisible Walls
No-Go Zones define an area that the robot cannot go, while invisible walls draw a line to seal off rooms and corners. Every level in your home can have up to 10 No-Go Zones and 10 Invisible Walls.
Multi-Level Mapping
Many homes have multiple levels. Multi-level mapping systems automatically recognize distinct levels of your home. All you have to do is put the robot down. No additional docks, no need to identify the level in your app. Up to four levels supported.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Return your undamaged Roborock product to us to receive a full refund.
Note: Before open a return request, please get in touch with us to help with any problems you are experiencing.  We are here to assist.
Warranty
12-month warranty for quality-related issue
-For 12 months after the date of purchase, you could send your Roborock vacuum to our repair center based in US if it is faulty. We will fix machine free of charge under warranty.
Shipping
1. Due to the warehouse location, products will only be shipped to locations in the contiguous United States. All products will be checked carefully and packed in good condition before shipping.
2. Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours of payment verification. Shipping is standard shipping by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Standard shipping times are 2-6 working days. A tracking number will be provided.
3. Before buying, make sure your PayPal and eBay address is correct. If you find the address is incorrect and hope to send it to another address, send us a message before the item is dispatched.
4. If you have not received your shipment within 6 days of payment, don not hesitate to contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible. Customer satisfaction is always what we are striving for.
