fletchflips quality “Used but not abused”.  Very nice unit.  This vacuum has been disassembled and cleaned including inside the cloth bag and a brand new belt installed. Who wants other people's dirt, hair and who knows what when you open up your Dirt Devil upon delivery to you!  This model has a 20 ft cord and does not require a paper bag replacement. Just take off the cloth bag, turn it inside out, clean it out and replace.
