I was told this is a KOSTA "Sunflower" Glass Crystal Votive Holder or Bowl 4.5" diameter and 3 inches tall. It was passed down to me and has been in storage for years, never used. I am not sure what it is to be used for. It could hold a candle, be used as a small bowl or even has resting places to be used as an ashtray. It is in good condition with no chips or cracks.
