! I’m offering a statement example of Scandinavian studio art glass made by KOSTA BODA. Made in SWEDEN. This is a very large, simple shape BOUQUET VASE designed by GUNNEL SAHLIN. I believe this to be part of the “Delight” series, no horizontal ribbing noted. Bright yellow, frosted finish. In bright light you can see a mottled finish to the glass. Smooth, polished pontil, flat base. Solid, heavy piece! Etch signature on underside of base (photo). I note some stray surface scuff that may be able to be removed. I didn’t want to be aggressive as to not damage the surface. I displayed it
as is, as found
. Otherwise, VERY GOOD, preowned, vintage, used condition. No other chips, cracks, breaks, hairlines or restorations noted. Still has affixed near base the original KOSTA boda sticker (photo). Measures approximately 13” height, 6” top opening, 2 1/2” base. Intense color. Statement collector piece! Please look at photos. Question? Just ask!
