There is no writing, holes or major tares on the map, At the right side of the map where you see the Bia Phuong Saigon Cholon red & yellow circle that shows 1955, the left vertical side of that is beginning to separate due to folding and unfolding the map..When the map is unfolded and hung up, this is not an issue and hardly noticeable. It is advisable that the buyer not attempt to tamper with this in any way.
