Condition: Item appears unused in open box - I did test it to ensure it works but other than this, it does not appear used. It had nice power and worked well. The attachments appear clean, and filter inside appears clean. Has all attachments a sealed one does. There may be a couple of very minor cosmetic blemishes on it or attachments, but this appears to be just from previous shipping where items maybe shifted. I will add padding to ensure safe shipping.
