This is a superb piece. Printed in September 1975, just months after the end of the war, this piece was printed by the Viet Cong in an effort to prevent the on-going evacuation of anti government civilians and ex military operatives from South Vietnam and Communist Rule. (The Boat People)
Titled Binh Sum, it identifies the United States Army Vietnam as the original compilers of the map in 1969. It shows the coastal area of Ham Thuan and Binh Thuan Provinces at the South China Sea. In the large 1:25,000 scale it is of the series L8015
