For sale are 1.60mm (.0630") new three-flute, solid carbide endmills made by Kyocera.
These endmills  have a straight up and down flute (0 helix) and do have a center cut endstyle.
These tools are meant to cut soft plastics or gold tabs without leaving a top side burr and without lifting the top of the material.

Each tool has a collet locating ring for identification and quick change depth control.
The “rules of the tools” apply.
